Book an Assessment

Drop us a call or send over a message to tell us about your equipment and problems.

Our technicians will visit your location to assess your coffee machines and related equipment. An assessment fee of BHD 20 plus VAT is required, with 10% payable during the visit.

Approve the Repair

After the assessment, we’ll provide a detailed quotation for the necessary repairs and spare parts.

Once you approve the quote, our technician will collect your equipment and transport it to our Service Centre for repair.

Optional Replacement Equipment

Need a temporary solution? We offer replacement equipment during the repair process.

Coffee machines are available for BHD 5 plus VAT per day, and grinders for BHD 2 plus VAT per day. For repairs over BHD 100, replacement equipment is provided free of charge.

Settle Charges

Once repairs are complete, we’ll deliver your equipment back to you.

The assessment fee will be deducted from your final invoice, which is payable upon delivery.

Repair Warranty & Service Agreements

Enjoy a 3-month warranty on all repair work.

For ongoing care, opt for our monthly or yearly service agreements for regular maintenance, ensuring your coffee always runs smoothly.
